What is your pricing?

You can get a free quotation by completing the Request a Quote Form. We will review and contact you to make an appointment at your home or office. We will review your amenities and offer you a fixed price quotation with a known outcome and we can even schedule your clean into our schedule right there and then.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are! If you need proof of insurance simply contact us through the Contact Form and we'll gladly forward you a link to all relevant documentation.

What areas do you cover?

Enson Services mostly covers the suburbs in and around the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, by focussing on a specific region we can provide the most efficient and spotless outcome for our customers.

What type of payments do you accept?

For Residential services we currently accept credit/debit cards and cash.

For Commercial services we currently accept credit/debit cards and cash or invoice 1 month in arrears with payment within 14 days of invoice.

Our electronic payments are handled by St.George Bank PayWay, and are processed through an encrypted hand held device, similar to what you use in most retail environments.

Anything I should know as a new Customer?

Not a thing! Even if you've never used a residential or commercial service before you'll be right at home. Requesting a quotation online takes less than a minute and we’ll contact you to arrange an on-site walk around with you. Then we will handle everything from there, if you say Yes!. Having your home or business professionally serviced is one of best feelings you can experience (well almost), but is also one of the best ways to free up more time to spend doing the things you either love or are required to do at work. We're incredibly proud to provide such great benefits to so many awesome people and businesses.

Can I make special requests?

Of course! If you'd like us to do a service a certain way, or focus on a specific part of the home, business or garden, or anything else, just let us know and we’ll schedule it in for you.

Late cancellation fees

At Enson Services, we want to make sure that everyone's appointments are serviced by the best professionals possible. It takes us time to find the right professional for you and our schedules are managed to deliver the best outcome for our customers. Hence, we ask for a 24-hour notice period for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment incur a $50 charge.

Cleaning Questions

How long it will take to clean my home?

It all depends on the condition of your home! During the quotation process we will let you know the estimate of what we think it will take to clean your home. We want to be as accurate as we can so you don’t have any surprises.

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. We bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning, including a professional-grade vacuum and mops for your floors. If you'd like us to use a specific product on certain surfaces, you may request it and let us know where the product will be so our cleaner/s can find it.

Are your cleaning teams pet friendly?

Definitely! Our cleaners treat dogs, cats and other pets with the utmost respect. We're a pet friendly cleaning service.

Do I need to be present for a cleaning?

No, absolutely not! It's your choice to stay in or go out and take advantage of the extra time in your day. When your comfortable about our cleaners you can leave us a key/key card and we'll get your house cleaned at the appointed time according to your schedule so you have no worries. What is a Move In/Move Out cleaning?

We all know moving is stressful. Combine that with all the boxes that need to be packed, furniture moved, and a long list of other preparations to be completed can be extremely time consuming. Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home or business for a new tenant.Please note that the move in/move out cleaning includes cleaning skirting boards, wardrobes, interior windows and interior walls as well as inside of an oven and any cabinet. Just let us know if you don’t want any of these inclusions and we’ll be happy to deduct these from any quotation.
